Let’s Get Metaphysical

Tarot is a tool that enhances our ability to connect with the spirit world and has been practiced for nearly 1,000 years.  Practitioners read the message of the cards through interpretations of art, foundational meanings, and (for some) spirit energy to comprehend solutions, ideas, and answers for the question asker. The purpose of tarot is varied and expansive, but I personally focus on the goal of healing trauma, understanding self, and manifesting our highest selves into reality.

Despite the mysticism, tarot readings are a lot more like therapy sessions than the dark seances portrayed in movies. There won't be any chanting (except the occasional manifestation mantra) or scary messages about impending doom. Instead, there is a meaningful and vulnerable conversation between two people: you, the question asker, and the reader working to translate the mysteries of the universe in response.

I will open each reading by getting clarity on the desired question(s) and then begin shuffling. I will pull cards as relevant and do not limit to any specific number. This is your time - we'll use it how it best serves you. Sometimes the messages veer us in different directions, and sometimes a single card is enough to stop us in our tracks for the entire hour. We'll do what feels right in the moment.

NOTE: because I am also a psychic medium, occasionally a loved one or spirit guide will be the one coming through with answers in addition to the cards themselves. Please let me know ahead of time if you are comfortable with me sharing if anyone shows up. 

As much as you want! It's a common misbelief that withholding information helps prove whether a tarot reader is real or fake, but all it truly ends up doing is creating weirdness. We love it when you engage in deeper conversation and share what is coming up for you as we discuss the reading. Not only does it create a better experience for both of us, but it helps confirm our own work and allows us to grow as practitioners.

You can tell they're a fake the same way you can with anyone: your intuition. Do they feel honest? Competent? Do their messages resonate with you? Do you leave forgetting everything they said? Then maybe they were a fake.

Here's the thing: tarot is an art and messages are subjective to the reader's level of comprehension of the cards and height of intuitiveness.  It can take years to learn even the foundational meanings, let alone reverse or all the incredible depth to them that really makes a reading powerful. It's sometimes hard to say that a reader is fake as much perhaps just newer to the practice and still honing their craft of reading for others. 

Sounds bold, but: not possible. If you come open, you will find value and meaning.
